I was driving through our town Thursday and the stop lights at the main intersection were out. When I checked my email later at home, I saw there was one from the city saying a traffic accident had occurred that afternoon and the expected repairs would last well past rush hour. This morning, I saw another email saying it wouldn't be repaired until tomorrow at the earliest.
