Nice clean functions for grabbing the state of a bone, exporting it to text, mirroring it, and setting it.

Next I will make a mirror_to_keyframe function, then building cycles will be super easy. Honestly, this feels like it should be builtin, I keep checking the menus to see if it is already there xD
