Based off the linked recipe.
I substituted flaxseed for egg, oat milk for milk, added lemon zest to the batter, tossed an extra few berries in the mix (cuz why not?), and did a brown sugar, veg oil, cinnamon, and oat crumbly topping. It’s really good! 😊
