Everything that everyone mentioned already, and also boron. But most places won't have boron supplements, so you could get a lot of fruits that have it naturally instead. Prunes, avocados, raisins, and peaches are the best sources.
I'd still recommend getting an actual supplement. 6 mg/day will make a massive difference.
