In the larger world, more than likely.
In Parthia's village? Nope.
At least not as it is in our world.
There isn't a need because that isn't that inequity. Everyone looks after each other. If you got sick & couldn't tend fire or make food, several people around you would take turns checking in, cooking, chopping wood, etc. Even if you had a big blow-out argument with someone the week prior, that person would still look after you. It's a core philosophy of the village.
Arguments get resolved tomorrow, the person gets taken care of today.
