You actually said it was the nominee to replace RGB. A quick google search would tell you that vacancy was filled by Amy Coney Barrett in 2021. It was highly controversial because she was appointed after Trump lost the election, before Biden was sworn in.
There are currently no openings on the Supreme Court. So, probably not your best material for making “clown world” points.
