#Today, apparently I have scheduled a breakdown. I looked inside and verified my entire body hurt, my eyes still swollen from the bawl fest of yesterday, my will to push through, lay in tatters in my heart and brain, while my daughter discovered a giant wolf spider on the ceiling of the laundry room. The micro and the macro world have teamed up and broke my heart. I need nature but I’m too tired to go anywhere so I will need to sit in my own tiny back yard space and contemplate my surroundings; the oak trees, the buckeye, the flowering white asters, the birds visiting the bird feeder, the sense of Fall stirring.
