Not really, since there's only one choice that is naturally limited by time. Any delay to a time-limited activity is a deprioritization of that activity, and may result in cancelation.
For instance:
Customer A will pay you €5 million for a project that takes 3 months and you can start at any time, but delayed delivery will be penalized by €10000/month.
Customer B will pay you €1 million for a project that takes 18 months, but only if you begin immediately. Otherwise, the deal might be off.
Obviously, start with Customer B's project.
