Any third grader can deduce when the days are getting longer, but true wise men discern that the arrival of the Sun is a different day.
Kepler ‘discovered’ this in the 1600’s. Somehow someone knew this long before, though, as Epiphany began being observed in the 400’s.
Wise men still seek him.
