The article doesn't say anything of the probable frequency of ANY bitaxe getting a block, more info is needed to calculate that. Sorry but this doesn't adequately support your theory. But yes things that are for us essentially random are largely, if not entirely, things we just don't understand and that appear random (are stochastic).
