I think the jump Nova3 is trying to make here is "does not fit in the frame of men and women" must imply the concept of "non-binary." Perhaps the missing variable here is the intent of the writers. I think Nova3 is projecting his confirmation bias on the writing. Does not being in the frame of men and women mean literally? Being a machine, being a clump of dirt, being non-possessive of a human or otherwise humanlike body? Or strange circumstances, such as a person that has the body of a woman but the mind of a man and vice-versa?

The question is: Did the writers intend to imply a third or otherwise state of being that contradicts the binary of humans? Perhaps the script would have used the words male and female instead. After all, male and female are terms given to the two halves of a sexually dimorphic species, especially ours, and funnily enough, the meaning of man and woman is ambiguous at best and undefined at worst in the left's lexicon.
