Happened to me around the 1st of the year. Felt like what little physical progress I’d made was gone, had hardest time finding my literal voice much less my internal one. Got on injections as a result. Good decision but made in desperation.
Then a few months later started losing myself in others’ expectations of me in public. That did my head in proper until I intentionally chose to own my transness for better or worse.
Now it feels like I graduated to.. something?🤷♀️
