strikes me that, like all the “wicked” problems we face - employment, housing, public services, climate & nature collapse, etc, the problem is not what it seems so trying to “fix” it is what Argyris calls single-loop thinking and doomed to fail

At root, all of the above are about inequality of resources and power: the one problem that our politicians refuse to acknowledge, still less tackle

We can’t upset those mythical “wealth creators”!
