Flexibilities in work, which allow staff to maintain a better work-life balance are unevenly available across the workforce; this much has been clear fo some time.
The Q. is: can flexibilities be easily introduced into site-based work (where working from home is not a possibility)?
And, how can we avoid the solution merely be worse (zero-hour) contracts that while helping employers' flexibility, do so at the cost of workers' security & life-stability?
