Half way through, he asked me what I thought of it.
I can see the appeal, but it feels wrong. I pointed to the local towers of rental blocks. This is one of the poorest neighbourhoods in the city. Why is this a golf course? This golf course should be a public access park with density appropriate equitable amenities.
