The table below is from my presentation about the 'role of bitcoin as collateral in real estate financing' in Prague.
It underscores bitcoin’s significance and superiority as an emerging store of value. For us Bitcoiners, this is obvious, but you can use this table for your Normie friends. It contains a complete list of all the variables known to me.
Bitcoin is absolutely finite in supply, easy to access and relatively cheap to store. Hard to tax, confiscate or destroy and highly liquid. It appears the actual appeal of #realestate as an investment lies largely in accessible financing and its ability to generate cash-flow, thereby facilitating easier debt repayment.
