Have you tried sticking to a regular sleep schedule—even on weekends? Or winding down with a calming routine before bed, like reading or light stretching? How about cutting screen time an hour before sleep and keeping your room cool, dark, and quiet? What about limiting caffeine in the afternoon, avoiding late-night meals, and getting some sunlight first thing in the morning to reset your circadian rhythms. Full disclosure my sleep is not good but I’m working on learning how to improve it.
