I do feel I have changed somewhat in the past year or two since I joined mastodon. Was a really hard and difficult lesson for me to learn to be ok with being blocked, or not followed.
I had to accept I am not going to be liked by everyone, and somehow get myself to not feel overwhelming shame from rejection.
That shame still tingles, but not as strong.
I feel I have grown as a person, a mental growth, not a physical one, unless you consider the brain being altered as a physical change *shrug*
