Hats off to the marketing dept at the dairy industry which is the industrial meat industry through a glossy soft focus lens.
I follow a mainly vegan diet at home but include some animal products so I get B12 without resorting to capsules. After several years strict vegan and Next to nothing processed or in capsules I had very healthy bloods, but mad as a hatter. Not funny actually :)
For that B12 experience/reason alone, my position is that vegan is as extreme as carnivore and dare I say comes out a little daft under questioning, especially if supermarkets, the source of all food evil, are your source of food.
The likes of Josh, the local smallsteads, should be the only farmers to buy any animal related food from. As a society, we should all demand proper food only, as we would all eat a lot less, actually enjoy every mouthful.
