This can be read in two ways:
1. Seeking to break established laws
2. Seeking to break future laws
I'm speaking of a time, in the future, where any action, reasonable or otherwise, deemed inappropriate to wealth, will be against the law. We are headed there now.
I think your examples happen to be laws outside of protecting wealth directly (unless protecting art generally is their aim). I will never be for the destruction of art, no matter the author.
