If you are someone who values non-aggression, voluntaryism, human rights, etc. then what happened in the Americas after European discovery should be absolutely unacceptable to you. Reality.
That does not take away from how impressive the European discovery of the Americas was. I can only imagine how terrifying/exciting it must have been to be on one of those boats. Nuance.
