If you can stash a second car you can start at Wahtum Lake and hike all downhill 13 miles to the Eagle Creek Trailhead over 2 or 3 days. Or start at eagle creek and hike in as far as you want and then back out. Tons of waterfalls. I will say ticks were a problem in the waterfall corridor though. Tons of campsites though.
