A while back the council replaced the pavement out the front of my house. So the concrete there is much brighter and closer to white there.
Recently a kid has figured out that he can fly down the hill and do a big skid, leaving a tyre mark on the concrete. And they’re doing it every day now.
I just caught myself thinking…
“I want to yell at that kid… does this mean I’m old now?”
(Note: I have not, as of yet, yelled at the kid)
