There is Inochi2D, but that's developed on github (proprietary flag 0), is licensed under BSD 2-Clause (pf 1), has a proprietary CoC (pf 2), discord (pf3) and the project recommends a proprietary SDK (4) - I would be extremely surprised if the project software isn't actually proprietary in some way.
Furthermore, everyone who uses Inochi2D seems to upload videos to youtube of either proprietary games, or the development of software that is trapped by proprietary software from apple, that is designed to be cryptographically impossible to replace.
