They show up at your house. They don't call your cell. You get, like, syndicated cartoonists being interrogated by the Secret Service over a doodle of the president, right, they don't just call you.

Yeah, they probably would have asked you instead of stalking from a license plate number. They don't have time to do that. They will if they've got to, but first they ask you, then either they subpoena or threaten you, then they show up at someone's house. They don't give you a warning, it's the Secret Service, they'll just refer it to local law enforcement if it's not worth making an arrest.
