Drop-In Time speed run today.
1. Linda was having trouble with her iOS devices. She had a Zoom meeting to get to. Couldn't use Zoom til she updated Zoom, couldn't update Zoom without her AppleID password. Was pretty sure she knew her AppleID password but it wouldn't take. Resetting it was a serious freaking headache which finally ended (after mailed and texted codes and using a "friend's" device) in her having to wait "a while" according to Apple and she'll get a password reset email.
