Supporting Home Assistant in Google Home seems straight-forward. I have to enable port forwarding on my UniFi router to make my Home Assistant device reachable on the public Internet, give it a domain name, setup dynamic DNS since I do not have a static IP address at home, configure an integration on Google Home Developer Console, and upload Home Assistant’s integration SDK.
