Can you imagine being an auteur of any kind (filmmaker, musician, photographer, painter, writer, etc) and a fan of yours *wants* to experience your art but cannot because the studio/label/etc has not made it available to them in any way? Must be infuriating.
At least independent artists have control over what they make available and how. But we struggle to find an audience.
There *needs* to be a way to connect independent artists of all kinds with audiences. A hub that matches up interests.
