The company I buy my shaving supplies from has apparently been bought out, and the first thing the new owners did is fuck up the web site so you can't log in with your old account anymore and all your purchase history has to be manually ported over to a new account that it's your job to create.
I marvel at the sheer audacity of an independent retailer in 2024 making it difficult for people to give them their money
