What this all boils down to is zero local accountability for trashing the look of the neighborhood by whatever low-budget out-of-state tree company the power company made a contract with.
They of course have no local office, which is another puzzle... these guys didn't drive that truck from Texas. Where do they park them at night? Who's responsible for safety and liability?
