Part of why I don't like rapidly updating consensus #blocklists is that it basically automatically tells me you probably haven't thought thorugh what problem you are trying to address in terms of how the various pieces of technology interact.
Consensus lists—_by definition_—cannot move faster than their median (or whatever percentile they are based on) constituent lists.
Why is it important to notify everyone so quickly of the N/2 + 1 server's judgement?
Minimum.
