Bitcoin certainly is that; you have not recognized it as such.

Let’s objectively break down what you are defining as a quantum computer.

You are telling me I should fear a blockchain-like (or identical) computational system where the historical memory is one centrally controlled computer (node), with one centralized observer (miner), that dictates the measure of states/blocks/quantized time without any proof of work, and all qubits (UTXOs) are owned, created and issued by a singular centralized entity. Why does this sound more like a shitcoin or central banking than it does computation.

Please explain to me why Bitcoin does not fit your definition of a quantum computer.
