I've lived my whole life with a speech impediment and even after 54 years of therapy, counselling, pushing back the boundaries and learning to rewire my brain... I have good days and bad days.

Colds or anything that disrupts breathing are big triggers for speech stumbles. Being super exhausted is difficult too. I have to work so fkn hard to keep any semblance of fluency, and the slightest bump can tip over the apple cart.
