Well, Google clearly isn't using whatever you've seen to subtitle Youtube videos, then, because that has to be the worst speech-to-text system in the world - it does all the opposite of what you say, from rando and/or missing caps to ignoring any & all context in order to get the same word wrong 17 different ways in the same clip... I defy anyone to make sense of even the simplest topic based on nothing but YT's subtitles to a video about it.
