My mother would cut the bottom off Pringles cans, put my little arm through one to the elbow, and tape it in place. Every night at bedtime. I had to sleep like that as a little kid so I couldn't bend my elbow in my sleep. My older brother slept with the Pringles can taped on his arm as well.
