I had a lot of potatoes, carrots, and onions in my last #CSA, so I decided to make a pot roast. It turned out fabulous. I followed a recipe from Garden in the Kitchen (
https://gardeninthekitchen.com/classic-pot-roast) and used Sancerre Rouge wine for the base. Perfection!
