I bought 2 pints of strawberries today because they were only $.99 each. Just washed and juiced them. They taste terrible and I will probably throw the whole batch out.
Store also had “champagne” mangoes, which I’d never tried, for $1 each (a 7-for-$7 thing, but I could mix and match so I ended up with 4 mangoes and 3 avocados).
And although ripe, the mango I peeled and cut up is SOUR.
I hope the gigantic pineapple isn’t a disappointment.
Lookit this huge pineapple I just bought!
