In my 21 years as a comedian I have never forgotten to invoice anyone for work that I’ve done, but this year I’ve hit a point where I have more work than I can do and in the last month have had 3 promoters get in touch to go “could you PLEASE send an invoice? I should have paid you a month ago!”
At the age of 44 and 10/12ths I’ve finally hit financial stability and my survival doesn’t depend on every single payment
