When i request a deletion is just in scenarios where I don't need the data anymore, like bookmarks, or amethyst drafts, I'm just trying to help relays by saying I don't need this anymore so it's ok if you delete it. I never request to delete a note because I made some kind of mistake and I absolutely want that gone, that is unlikely to actually work well.
