"The people screaming for universal health care need to be educated" is pejorative in two different ways.
"Screaming" is a negative way to present people asking for systemic change. "Need to be educated" implies they are ignorant.
I lived in the United States for thirty years and had multiple people I knew die from lack of access to healthcare.
The NHS was the envy of the world for two generations. Universal healthcare is possible.
