The problem with this model is you are having people do work for nothing. In the advertising industry this was very common for companies to ask agencies to do work and the they will pick from the best ideas. There is a big push back, asking for work to be done and providing only a carrot at the end of a stick is not honest business model.
This system can be altered slightly to be more just by saying “all submissions get 2,000 sats and the winning submission will get an additional 8,000. “
