A thought about the #ClimateCrisis & human motivation. I am trying at the moment to improve my diet, not for weight loss nor for a wedding or a holiday but because I want to eat more healthily for my whole life. This is really hard & I need to work at it! I love my bad food choices. The whole planet 🌎 needs to go on a low CO2 diet, not for a year but forever. We all need to make low carbon choices & we need to legislate for lower CO2 emissions, & we need to campaign for it. 1/3 #ClimateDiary
