AFAIK Prusa has failed the design of the MK4 buddy board and the file transfer is extremely slow (hardware limitation). The only solution is to compress the gcode and one of the techniques is to use arc commands (reduce number of lines to draw an arc). Unfortunately, it is dangerous as you have broken the arcs from your CAD to create the STL/3MF and so you need to reconstruct them, this could lead to errors (I've never tested).
