Puree the food you eat for baby instead of buying baby mush and introduce them to one food a week around 6 months. Eggs is a great starting point. Baby-led weaning from breastmilk is great.
Big Baby is a big industry trying to sell you modern crap. Talk to grandmas about how they reared their children and follow suit.
