Raw milk laws are changing slowly but surely- the changes in Texas really helped save a friend of mine's farm who had started a dairy a few years before.
Also a lot of statist jiu jitsu going on: saying this milk is for animal consumption only, garden amendment, etc (wink wink). The more ridiculous lengths the state goes to ban the new uses the more they lose
