I started factoring this then threw it all out.
That assumes that crossbreeding will solve the problem. It doesn't.
The majority of people listed as "black" are already crossbreeds. Racemixing has not created a more stable population. It hasn't solved black lawlessness or immorality. If anything, every attempt has only destabilized them more.
