If we're not letting the authorities in the US mandate backdoors in all devices already, why can't I find a wifi-enabled web browsing device with no cameras, microphones, or speakers (which can be used as microphones)?

As far as I can tell the deep state has banned anything like this from being sold in stores in the US, it would have to at least be bought online to help make it easier to identify users & intercept shipments to add malware for targeted users (I can't even find anything like this sold online though)
