I do use the camera's auto WB (which is great except when it isn't, and I know those situations), but when importing I switch that to the camera's "sunny daylight" temperature, precisely for that "blue hour" and "golden hour" effect like you do.
And I consider myself lucky that I don't photograph events & portraits. ;)
