Web of trust would work: You can make any number of npubs, but if nobody you follows followed them, you can hide them.
This is implemented in Coracle as of a few days ago, works great to get rid of shitcoin spam. It's just as effective against any form of throwaway account though: If the new key has no following it won't be seen.
