So I've added a Seasons feature for our next Podverse mobile app release...but have already run into a serious issue. I did not anticipate that some podcasts are using the <itunes:season> and <itunes:episode> tag improperly, and it becomes impossible for the listener to find the latest episode :(
Here are screenshots of a podcast with proper season/episode tags (V4V
npub1duszsmfdzg6rrw77w65ey6dz78jvr8vjy02nktjm7qx6tquxx0sqvsmkvt (npub1dus…mkvt)), and a podcast without.
The only workaround I can think of is to manually flag podcasts with improper seasons usage
